The subject matter of challenge in this criminal application is the ad-interim order under section 468 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Various grounds are raised by the learned advocate for the applicant but considering the nature of order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, it would be in the interest of justice to direct the learned Sessions Judge to decide the Anticipatory Bail Application No.2333 of 2022 within two (2) weeks from 8th December 2022.

With the above direction, the criminal application stands disposed of. No costs.
