1] By the present Application, the Applicant seek permission to travel to Europe and in particular France and Germany during the period from 20.10.2023 to 01.11.2023.

Heard the Applicant in person and Ms.Kuttikrishnan for the CBI. 2] The Appeal filed by the Applicant is pending before the court for adjudication and since while suspending the sentence, the order dated 28.12.2012 imposed a condition that permission shall be obtained from the court in case he wants to travel abroad, the present Application is filed.

(16)IA-3609-2023.doc Worth to note that, in the past also he has filed such Applications, which were granted and it is not reported that he has misused his liberty or has not returned on the scheduled dates. 3] In the wake of above, subject to he furnishing his entire itinerary of travel to the S.P. CBI, ACB, Mumbai, within a period of one week from today, including his travel details such as flight number, ticket number, visa particulars etc., I deem it appropriate to allow the Interim Application. Hence the order :

ORDER

a] Interim Application is allowed.

b] The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad during the period from 20.10.2023 to 01.11.2023.

c] Since it is assured by him, that he shall return to India on 01.11.2023, on his return he shall mark his appearance before the SP, CBI, ACB.
