Having regard to the nature of the conditions imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, it may be appropriate to first approach the Court of Session to seek relaxation of the conditions. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty to approach the Court of Session, the applications stand disposed.

In view of the disposal of the applicants, Interim Applicants also stand disposed.
