The petitioner challenges the order dated 16/11/2018 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge at Pune, in the final Decree Application No.08/2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the final decree has been drawn and the petitioner is intending to challenge the same in a regular First Appeal. 2.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order in the appeal. Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of, as withdrawn.

Needless to mention that the petitioner is entitled to challenge the impugned order in the regular First Appeal in accordance with law.
