Heard. These Applications are for condonation of delay in preferring the appeals challenging the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court, Pune for additional compensation in respect of the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Delay in filing all the First Appeals is condoned.

b.

All Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.

c.

No order as to costs.
