On 04/11/2022, the applicant was admitted to interim protection and he was directed to report to the Crime Branch and co-operate in the investigation.

Learned counsel Mr.Kadam states that the applicant has abided by the said order. There is no denial of the said submission by the learned A.P.P. and she states that on investigation, the Investigating Offcer has arrived at the conclusion that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.
