The Petitioners have sought a direction to Respondent No.4 not to hold yearly fair on the subject land. We are informed that the fair /urus has already commenced and is underway. It is not practicable to issue such direction in present situation in the writ jurisdiction.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that this situation should not repeat for the next year. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.4 states that the Petitioners have filed a civil suit

Trupti 2 9-wp-12880-2022.doc and it is pending and certain reliefs have been rejected. According to the Petitioners, those proceedings are for different purpose. 3.

Be that as it may, this petition at present cannot be entertained. Keeping the contention of the parties open, we dispose of the petition.
