The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which had dismissed for non-prosecution on account of non-appearance of the advocate on 3rd February, 2014. The reasons why the advocate could not appear are mentioned in the Civil Application. None had appeared for the Respondent when the Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution as no notice was issued. Accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly the Writ Petition is restored to file. The Petitioner to deposit costs of Rs.1000/- with Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority within two weeks from date. List the Petition for admission after three weeks. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
