(1) Learned APP on telephonic instructions from Assistant Police Inspector Mr. P.M. Waghmare, attached to Vishrambaug Police Station, Pune, submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed charge sheet on 21st August 2020, in the Court of 9th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Pune. The said case is now numbered as R.C.C. No.2138 of 2020.

(2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code before trial Court.
