This application is preferred by tenant for appointment of Court Receiver in respect of the suit property i.e. Room No.6 situated at Ganpati Niwas, Surve Compound, Near St.Thomas School, S.N.Dube Road, Dahisar (E), Mumbai 400 068 pending the hearing and final disposal of Civil Revision Application and other reliefs.

In the present proceeding, applicant tenant lost the possession of the suit premises on 8.5.2014.
