The Petitioner fled this Writ Petition against the order of the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court. The impugned order dated 01/09/2016 reads as follow : "1.

The application is allowed with costs.

The efect and operation of the Judgment and order dated 31st March, 2016 in Mesne Proft Application No.25 of 2007 is stayed till fnal hearing of the Appeal subject to appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount in the Court within 60 days. Purti Parab 1/2

The amount on being deposited, be invested in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalised Bank, initially for a period of one year and continue to renew the same if required."

The Respondent's counsel, however, informs the Court that pending this Writ Petition, the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court has disposed of the appeal on 11/09/2019. He has also handed over copy of the Appellate Bench Judgment. It is placed on record. In the light of this development, I record that nothing further survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, I close it, as it has become infructuous.
