Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for some time.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, the applicant is citizen of foreign national. His visa period is expired. If he released on bail he may abscond and the prosecution is going to examine three witnesses in support of their case. In that case if trial is expedited, it would suffice.

Considering the submissions of both the counsels, application is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed off. 5.

As the prosecution is going to examine only three witnesses and the applicant is behind bar more than one year, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible preferably within three months after receipt of this order.
