The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to prefer Application under section 34 of the Act.

Leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law.

Request is made on behalf of the Petitioner to continue the interim order dated 19.09.2017 for four weeks to enable the Petitioner to do the needful.

According to learned counsel for the contesting Respondents, the condition, subject to which the interim relief was granted, is not complied with inasmuch as only the principal amount is deposited and not the interest component thereof.

Subject to the Petitioners complying with condition of the interim order entirely and faithfully, the interim protection shall continue to operate for the next four weeks. 7.
Petition is disposed of.

In view of the disposal of Petition itself, Interim Applications 1903 of 2019 and 1755 of 2022 do not survive and the same are also stand disposed of as such. (ROHIT B. DEO, J.) .....
