The applicants are admitted to the interim protection by order dated 11/10/2019 in connection with C.R.No.421 of 2019. While admitting them to the protection, it was recorded that there is a cross FIR registered vide C.R.No.420 of 2019 by Ravi Shinde, the brother of the applicants. Recording that there are cross FIRs, the applicants were held entitled for the interim protection. The protection continues to operate till then. It is not clear whether the Investigating Offcer had called the applicants for further investigation. 2.

In such circumstances, order dated 11/10/2019 stands confrmed, subject to the stipulation that the applicant shall report to the police station on 17th and 20th August, 2021 between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when M.M.Salgaonkar
