The learned AGP states that the impugned Order dated 15th November, 2021 is an administrative Order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Pune, directing the Collector, Pune to take action in accordance with the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. She states that the Collector, Pune will issue Notice to the Petitioners, give a hearing to them and thereafter, pass his final orders. The statement is accepted. Needless to add that in view thereof, no action shall be taken as per the administrative order dated 15th November, 2021 communicated by the Divisional Commissioner to the Collector, Pune, until the Collector, Pune passes his Order. In the event of the Order passed by the Collector, Pune being against the Petitioners, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of forwarding a copy of the said order to the Petitioners and/or their Advocates.
