Heard the Petitioner in person. This matter was on board before this court on 15/01/2016. At that time, this court had requested Adv. Mr. R. D. Soni to go through the papers and assist the court, whether the petition is maintainable.

Bare reading of the Contempt Petition, it appears that it is not maintainable.

The Petitioner party-in-person, after arguing for some time, who is also an advocate, sought permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings. She made an endorsement to that effect, in writing, on farad. Same is taken on record. Liberty granted.

Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
