Sawant attached to Mankhurd Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of the investigation, the police have filed charge-sheet in the Court of 52nd Metropolitan Magistrate, Kurla, Mumbai on 2nd March 2019, itself and it is numbered as C.C.No.456/PW/2019. 2) In view thereof present Petition for quashing of C.R.No.148 of 2018, registered with Mankhurd Police Station, Kurla, Mumbai does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
