This is an application through Jail. The applicant has prayed that his trail pertaining to Sessions Case No.377/14 arising out of CR No.362/2013 registered with D.B.Marg Police Station, Mumbai be conducted expeditiously or in the alternative he may be released on bail. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the trial pertaining to CR No.362/2013 has already began and as of today three witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. She further, on instructions, submitted that the prosecution is intending to examine about 30 more witnesses in

2 /2 BA-2203-15 support of its case. She submitted that as per her estimate the trial will be concluded within a period of one year from today.

2) In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant in the present application does not survive and the application is accordingly disposed of.

3) A copy of this order may be sent to the applicant who is lodged in Arthur Road Jail.
