Heard learned counsel for the respondent, who states that the petition has been rendered infructuous in the wake of subsequent developments.

He states that in the present writ petition, the order passed by AJN

2/2 59 WP-161.22.odt the Family Court, Pune, on 11/11/2021 is assailed. The said order rejects the application filed by the petitioner-husband seeking that the application for interim maintenance (Ex-11) filed by the respondent-wife be decided at the time of deciding the main petition. The said application being rejected, he approached this court.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the application filed by the wife for interim maintenance came to be decided by a reasoned order of the Family Court, Pune on 12/01/2022 and the husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.40,000/- per month from the date of the application. In the wake of the decision on the application for interim maintenance, the impugned order does not survive and, therefore, as contended by learned counsel for the respondent, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and is dismissed, as such.
