This is an application received through jail. The applicant has prayed that the trial pertaining to Sessions Case No.60 of 2011 arising out of CR No.165 of 2010 registered with Nijampura Police Station, Bhiwandi be expedited and/or he may be released on bail.

Mr. Shah the learned Counsel for the Interveneroriginal Complainant on instructions submits that the trial pertaining to the aforesaid CR is on the verge of completion. He further submits that as per his instructions the statement under Section 313 of the Cr. P.C. of the applicant has been recorded by the learned Trial Court and the case is now posted for argument.

Dond 2/2 ba.2205-2015.sxw In view of the above, the grievance of the applicant does not survive and the application is accordingly disposed off.
