Petitioner No.2 is present with his Advocate. APP for Respondent No.1. Respondent No.2 - complainant is present with his Advocate. He has received in Court Demand Draft for Rs.6 Lakhs. He has still to receive amount of Rs.1 Lakh. It is agreed between the parties that the said amount is to be paid before the Small Causes Court while withdrawing L.E. & C. Suit No.104 of 2017. The suit is to be disposed of after Respondent No.2 completes some formalities. Accordingly, the Respondent No.2 has tendered consent affidavit today in Court. Orally also he has given his no objection. In view of these developments, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Petition is accordingly disposed of.
