It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the witness who was to be cross examined in respect of the documents at Exh.69 and 70 had already passed away.

In this view of the matter, the prayer made in the instant petition does not survive. It would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate contentions before Trial Court to support his stand. 3.
