The learned counsel who used to appear for the petitioner states that Mr.Shankar Narhari Gurav, the petitioner, has since expired. It is stated that Mr.Abhijit Deasi, who is advocate on record, has made efforts to obtain instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. However, it is submitted that this has not been possible till date. In the aforesaid circumstances, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner to apply for appropriate orders, including inter alia orders for restoration.
