Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that entire amount of compensation has been deposited in M.A.C.T, Pune and, therefore, seeks to withdraw the appeal.

The respondents-claimants have already been permitted to withdraw the entire amount except Rs.2,50,000/- with interest without furnishing any security as per order of this Court dated 17th October, 2015(Coram: K.K. Tated,J.).
