Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 points out that unwarranted challenge has resulted in harassment of Respondent No.5 and the proposed intervener.

We find that the petitioner challenged the orders under Right to information Act. However, during pendency of matter these orders have been complied with and information is furnished to the respondent No.5. 3.
In this situation, we grant leave to withdraw and dispose of the petition accordingly.

At this stage learned counsel for respondent No.5 states that documents as directed have not been still supplied and, therefore application CAW No. 29701/2018 has been filed. Keeping that contention open, Civil Application is disposed of.
