Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent No.3. Though belatedly, the direction contained in clause 1 of the operative part of the judgment and order dated 29th July, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 6992 of 2015 has been complied with by the State Government. The State Government has passed an order dated 30th December, 2015 a copy of which is taken on record and marked A1 for identification.

Now in terms of clause 2 of the operative part of the judgment and order dated 29th July, 2015 the Collector is under an obligation to execute a lease deed on or before 29th February, 2016.

Subject to the above observations the contempt petition is disposed of.
