By this Application, the Applicant seeks re-call of the order dated 28.09.2016 passed by this Court in Cri.W.P.No.1555 of 2016, by which a conditional order was passed. Learned

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has removed the office objections. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has no objection for re-call of the said order.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed & disposed of. The order dated 28.09.2016 is re-called and the Petition is restored back to its original file.
