Today, the matter is fixed for withdrawal. Though time is granted, the victim has not come. However, withdrawal purshis is signed by her mother she is the first informant. She did not want to prosecute the Appeal against judgment of acquittal. It is for the reason that her daughter-victim is getting married. Hence, Appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
