By this Appeal from Order, the Appellant-Original Plaintiff is challenging the order date 26th October, 2015 passed by the City Civil Court at Bombay, declined to grant any ad-interim relief. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. Ashutosh Mishra for the Appellant submits that during the pendency of the present Appeal from Order, L.C. Suit No. 2287 of 2015 stands disposed of as withdrawn by the Plaintiff. In support of this contention, he placed on record the photocopy of the order dated 11th April, 2017. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives in the Appeal from Order as well as civil application. Hence both the matters (Appeal from Order and Civil Application) are disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
