P.C. :- The Application is filed for condonation of delay of 168 days in filing the Second Appeal. Perused the Application and the cause made out. Reasons stated are the medical condition and retirement of the concerned officer of the Appellant, which is a public body. This cause having been found sufficient, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
