The Petitioner had filed an application for renewal of permission of temporary supporting structural work at the subject place for use of Mobile Tower as mentioned in communication Exhibit-G dated 26th April, 2016 annexed to the Petition. 3.

We without expressing any opinion and entering into the

WP.12856.2016(907) claims of the contesting parties we direct Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to go through the record, hear the Petitioner and pass appropriate brief reasoned order on the application dated 26th April, 2016.

The Corporation shall pass appropriate orders within three weeks from today on its own merits. In case the order is adverse to the Petitioner the same shall not operate for a period of two weeks thereafter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.

Status-quo as on today to continue till the receipt of order passed by the Corporation by the Petitioner.
