1] The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer fairly states that investigation in the subject CR which was registered in the year 2017 is almost complete and charge-sheet is filed again coaccused persons. 2] In any case, it can be seen that there is no loss caused to the Maharashtra Co-operative Tribal Development Board and the account has been opened and amount has been transferred from one bank to other, but the same was never withdrawn.

3] Since the offence is registered long time back and investigation being completed, statement is made that custodial interrogation of the 1/2

(6)ABA-3076-2022.doc Applicant is not necessary, but he shall report to the concerned Investigating Offiacer and render his co-operation. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.47/2017 registered with Cuffe Parade Police Station, the applicant Prima Pradeep Mhatre shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 21.11.2022 and 22.11.2022 between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.

(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
