By this civil application the applicants seek condonation of delay of 328 days in filing the civil application and for bringing the legal heirs of the original appellant on record. No affidavit in reply is filed. 2.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and I have perused the civil application. A copy of the death certificate is annexed to the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. No order as to costs.
