Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the above Petition with liberty to file appeals under Section 15 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and under section 247 of Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the appropriate forum. Leave with liberty granted. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

In order to enable the petitioner to approach the appellate authorities as stated above, the ad-interim relief granted on 9.11.2015 shall remain in operation for a period of four weeks. 3.

Time spent in prosecuting the present Petition shall be taken
