The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition against Respondent 1(B), as the Petition has been dismissed against the Respondent No.1(B) on account of the conditional order dated 9th December, 2013. The Learned Counsel Mr. Amit Karande holding for Mr. Ulhas T. Naik appearing for Respondents No.1A to 5 & 6 to 14 has no objection to the Petition being restored. The reason why the application could not be filed earlier has been mentioned in paragraph 4 BGP.

CAW-277-15.doc 12.02.2015 of the Civil Application. Hence, accepting the said reason, the above Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Petition is restored against the Respondent No.1(B).
