By this civil application, the applicant seeks impleadment as a party respondent no.2 in the appeal from order filed by the original appellant. Admittedly the applicant is the owner of the suit property and is entitled to be heard including in the action of the Municipal Corporation under the provisions of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 initiated against the tenant / occupant. 1/2

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendments to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy shall be served upon the respondents including the newly added party simultaneously. 3.
