This Application is moved for setting aside the order dated 3rd October, 2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur in Criminal Bail Application No. 278 of 2015 granting anticipatory bail to the applicant/accused.

Perused the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. The learned Judge has observed that it is a dispute of Civil nature and out of partnership. The pre-arrest bail was granted to the applicant/accused on 3rd October, 2015. There is no instances of breach of conditions of the order of Anticipatory Bail and hence, no ground is made out to set aside the order dated 3rd October, 2015. Hence, Application is dismissed.
