This Court vide order dated September 29, 2022 granted bail to the applicant subject to complying with the conditions mentioned in the order.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he may have some difficulty in arranging the sum of Rs.5 lakhs per month for the first two months as directed by this Court. Instead of that he prays that the applicant be permitted to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- in each month for the first two months. The balance Rs.5,00,000/- per month will be paid as ordered by this Court. He submits that the deficit of Rs.5,00,000/- for the first two months will be paid by the 1/2

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the request appears to be reasonable though there was an opposition from learned APP.

The order dated September 29, 2022 to stand modified accordingly.

The applicant to ensure that the entire amount of Rs.30,00,000/- be paid within a period of six (6) months as directed by this Court vide order dated September 29, 2022. Rest of the schedule is maintained.
