11.12874.19 wp.doc 3] In the aforesaid background, Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to Petitioner to take out appropriate detailed representation to be made to Registrar General of this Court. 4] Registrar General is expected to take into account the said representation alongwith report i.e. report dated 07/03/2020. received from the Committee who is looking into the affairs of dealing with commercial Court matters in Mumbai region. 5] The decision taken by Registrar General shall be communicated to Petitioner and his counsel expeditiously.
