Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. However, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for 2 years, the trial Court shall endevour to conclude the trial within 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within 4 months, the applicant is at liberty to file bail application before this Court. The application is disposed of.
