Heard Mr.S.R.Ghanvat, learned Counsel for the petitioner. He submitted that this Petition challenges order dated 20/10/2015 passed by the learned 21st Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Pune below Exhibit 96 in Regular Civil Suit No. 468 of 2013. He further submitted that the learned trial Judge has disposed of the main Suit itself and therefore, this Petition is rendered infractuous.

In view of the statement made by Mr.Ghanvat that main Suit itself is disposed of, Petition has become infractuous and the same is disposed of accordingly.
