This Court by its order dated 18th July 2022 had directed the Judge of Family Court No. 3, Pune to decide the Marriage Petition No. 187 of 2016 finally within nine months from the date of order. 2.

I have perused the reasons recorded by the Trial Judge, on the basis of which a further extension of time is sought for final disposal of the said Marriage Petition and am satisfied with the same. 3.

Considering the request, the time is extended by a period of three months time from the date of this order to finally dispose of the Marriage Petition No. 187 of 2016.
