On 14/10/2019, the Applicant was admitted to pre-arrest bail in an offence which invokes Sections 323, 324, 325, 326 read with Section 34 of the IPC, recording that so far as Applicant No.1 is concerned, no overt act has been attributed to AJN
2/2 04 ABA-2232.19.odt him whereas, Applicant No.2 is alleged to have assaulted the injured with a bamboo stick. The injury sustained by the injured is fracture of his index finger. Learned A.P.P. sought some time to seek instructions and the Applicants were admitted to interim protection.

On 19/11/2019, the investigating officer was present but it was reported that the Applicants did not report to the police station in terms of order dated 14/10/2019.

In the wake of the allegations in the FIR and the investigation, which ought to have been completed by now, the Application cannot be kept pending indefinitely. Directing that if the Applicants have not abided by the conditions imposed on 14/10/2019, they shall report to the police station for three days commencing from 06/09/2021 to 08/09/2021, the interim protection in favour of the Applicants is made absolute. If the Applicants have already attended the police station, they need not report to the police station on the aforesaid dates. 5.
The Application is disposed of.
