The appellant and the respondents who are real brothers have entered into an amicable settlement in respect of the suit properties. A soft copy of the consent terms arrived at between the parties have been tendered on record. Consent terms bear thumb impression of all the parties which have been duly attested. It be marked as 'A' tentatively till the original consent pursis is tendered in the Registry.

In view of the consent terms arrived at between the parties, the second appeal stands disposed of.

A decree in terms of the consent terms be drawn. 4.

The parties shall tender original consent terms in the Registry within a week from today. It shall be marked 'A' for identification. 5.

The parties to bear their respective costs.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the original record and proceedings have not been called for. 2/3

The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.
