Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for State.

Apprehending arrest in C.R. No. 175 of 2019
2/4 ABA 2233-2019 (SR.910) registered with Gamdevi Police Station, Mumbai for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code is seeking pre-arrest bail.

The applicant is an employee of M/s.
Bhabani Blunt HairDressing Private Limited.
Employer alleged that, in the course of employment, the applicant misappropriated the property of the Company. On this expression, the subject crime came to be registered.

In terms of the order dated 14th October, 2019 passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited Rs.1,48,075.50 paise in the Registry of this Court out of alleged misappropriated funds of Rs.2,96,095/-.

I have perused the demand notice issued by the employer to the applicant on 22nd April, 2019 and the reply of the present applicant to the notice.

In view of the nature of accusation and the recovery proceedings being initiated by the employer against her; in the event of the arrest of the applicant in C.R. No. No. 175 of 2019 registered with Gamdevi Police Station, Mumbai she shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall initially report to the Investigating Officer on 26th November, 2019 and thereafter on Monday of first week of each month for a period of two months.

The applicant shall furnish the particulars of her latest place of residence and mobile contact number and/or change of residence or mobile details, if any, to the Investigating Officer of the Police Station concerned within seven days from today;

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

The Bail Application is disposed off in the above terms.
