The impugned order in the present writ petition is order dated 21st December, 2021, passed in Appeal No.460 of Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:
2021.12.25 18:26:41 +0530 RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER 2021. The said order is passed on the Roznama and the same is on page 16 of the compilation of writ petition. The Roznama maintained by the Additional Commissioner (Konkan Division)
rpa 2/3 11 wp 9511 2021.doc Mumbai, in Appeal No.460 of 2021, shows that status-quo order was granted on 16th November, 2021, and the same was continued on 17th November, 2021 and 3rd December, 2021. On 3rd December, 2021, the Appeal was adjourned to 21st December, 2021 and the interim relief was continued till then. It appears that on 21st December, 2021, the status-quo order was not granted without assigning any reason and the matter was adjourned to 10th January, 2022.
In these facts and circumstances, by consent of parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of by passing following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) The Additional Commissioner (Konkan Division) Mumbai, is requested to dispose of Appeal No.460 of 2021 on or before 31st January, 2022; (ii) Till the disposal of Appeal, the status-quo order, as granted on 16th November, 2021 and continued till 21st December, 2021, shall remain in operation;
