This Interim Application is taken out for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased sole Appellant. Deceased sole Appellant passed away on 30th March 2019 and the application is filed on 20th December 2021.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
