It is informed that the petitioner/ original accused -Surinder Seru expired on 01.02.2014. The petitioner is a sole accused in Criminal Case Nos.4203165/SS/10 and 4203164/SS/10 respectively, which were initiated under sections 328A read with 471 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act.
