The matter is listed to ascertain the compliance of order dated 11.11.2019 wherein it was observed that the respondent shall take preventive steps as against the establishment of the applicant as permissible in law either by revoking the license of the establishment or by such other permissible mode. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that since two and half years the establishment was not operating.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that Investigating Officer has initiated the requisite correspondence with the concern authority for initiating the action.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, the order dated 11.11.2019 stands complied with.
