This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed by the Ad-hoc Addl. Sessions Judge, Kalyan by its order dated 27.5.2015 in ABA No.453/2015. By the said order the applicants are directed to mark their presence at Murbad Police Station on every Wednesday in between 3.00 to 5.00 p.m. till further orders. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are residents of Ahmednagar and it is very difficult for them to come from Ahmdngar on every Wednesday to mark their presence at the concerned police station. He further submitted that since the date of passing of the order dated 27.5.2015 till date the applicants have attended the concerned police station. In view of the same, the order passed by the trial court in ABA No.453/2015 is hereby modified and the applicants are directed to mark their presence at Murbad Police Station on alternate Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. till
